OFK are axial fans in a duct casing for industrial applications. The fans are characterized by increased compression compared to similar solutions on the market, thanks to which they are used even in complex ventilation systems. They are used e.g. in production plants, welding shops, paint shops, warehouses of agricultural products, etc.
OFK fans were created for customers who are looking for a fan with small dimensions and large air flows. Often, when modernizing an old installation, customers expect an increase in efficiency (e.g. by extending the pipeline or installing air filters). In such a situation, a fan with an OFK high-speed motor should be used. The OFK fan, thanks to its high speed, provides not only increased efficiency, but above all a much higher static pressure, thanks to which you can significantly improve the parameters of the exhaust or air supply without changing the installation.
OFK fans use an impeller with an aluminum hub and a blade made of a special material (polyamide). The material has been additionally reinforced with carbon fiber reinforcement, which significantly improves the stiffness of the blade and resistance to mechanical damage, especially in situations where dust may occur.
OFK fans are manufactured with single- and three-phase motors with the possibility of smooth speed control with an inverter. The metal casing of the fan has been protected against corrosion with a polyester powder coating. At the customer’s special request, it is also possible to make the casing of acid-proof steel.
