ZOT is a line of mobile dust collectors for sawdust and dust. ZOT dust collectors are mainly used to remove waste generated during the processing of wood and wood-like materials such as chipboard, osb, mdf, hdf, plywood. ZOT dust collectors work very well as direct local exhausts from woodworking machines, CNC centers and other devices that generate dust. They are also used in other industrial sectors, e.g. in bakeries, recycling companies, plastic processing plants. Thanks to the use of wheels, ZOT dust collectors can also be used as industrial vacuum cleaners for cleaning plants.
What distinguishes ZOT extractors?
ZOT series devices are characterized by a very solid construction. They are made of thick metal sheets, which guarantees many years of trouble-free operation. For filtration, high-quality polyester bags that are easily breathable are used. Reusable bulk bags were used and placed on a metal base to reduce chafing. Bulk bags fastened with zip ties, which ensure easy assembly and disassembly.

The extractor uses a high-performance transport fan with the so-called self-cleaning (open) impeller, thanks to which sawdust does not accumulate on the blades. Three-phase motors from reputable manufacturers were used for power supply.
